Prior to her shift as a vocal educator, her past roles include serving as a general music teacher at the French American School of Princeton (preschool-8th), musicianship instructor at the Kodály Teacher Institute at Midwestern State University (continuing education), and general music & choir teacher in Chesterfield County Public
